Ed Gorman

Ed leads two national investment funds dedicated to expanding affordable homeownership. He launched the NCRC Housing Rehab Fund and the GROWTH initiative in 2014, raising $100M to build affordable homes across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. That first fund has invested in more than 1,200 properties across 20 cities. The second fund, the American Homeownership Innovation Fund, launched in 2023 to deepen investment in existing partner neighborhoods while expanding into new regions where access to homeownership remains a priority. Before joining NCRC in 2010, Ed led two national organizations focused on workforce training, community development, and health and safety programs serving construction union members and employers.

Daria Brunet

Daria is an accomplished executive with over a decade of experience in operations roles, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Growth Builders LLC. With a foundation in social work and a Master’s degree from the University of Chicago, Daria helped Mr. Gorman and NCRC launch its signature community development initiative, GROWTH, in 2015. Having been with GROWTH since its inception, Daria’s institutional knowledge makes her a valuable asset to GROWTH’s continued evolution and success. Daria’s expertise spans leadership, HR management, investor relations, and project management. Known for being a vital conduit between executive leadership and staff, Daria has successfully guided organizations through major restructurings, fundraising efforts exceeding $80M, and cultural transformations. Daria holds additional credentials in business management from Cornell University and is recognized for a collaborative, results-oriented approach to organizational growth and impact.

Dennis Harold

Dennis brings more than 30 years of experience in land development, residential construction, and light commercial work. His background spans custom homebuilding, large-scale project management, and civil infrastructure, including major remodeling and rehabilitation projects in DeKalb County, the City of Atlanta, and utility work for MARTA. He formerly managed an Atlanta-based custom homebuilding team of more than 50 staff and subcontractors. At GROWTH Homes, Dennis drives operational excellence, quality construction, and innovative approaches that help create strong communities and expand access to homeownership.

Lamont Jacobsen

Lamont oversees all financial strategy, planning, and operations for GROWTH Homes. A graduate of the University of Washington, he began his career at Deloitte & Touche before becoming CFO of one of the Northwest’s largest privately held builders. He later led Equity Holdings, a homebuilder and land developer, and founded Aedalin, the nation’s first online marketplace for transferable development rights. Outside of work, Lamont is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys spending time with his family.

Tim Moore

Tim brings decades of real estate and sales leadership experience, beginning with new home sales in the late 1980s and later expanding into custom construction and brokerage. After earning his Ohio license, he became an award-winning agent with RE/MAX and Keller Williams, then built a coaching career training Realtors and builder sales teams on marketing, sales, and growth. In 2017, he joined Ohio’s top real estate team as Head of Education and Director of Growth, helping them achieve top 20 national ranking. Tim was instrumental in bringing GROWTH Homes to Ohio and now leads sales and marketing company-wide, driven by a commitment to expanding affordable housing. He lives in Ohio with his wife Sue and their dog Benedict and enjoys reading, music, travel, and time with friends.

Ryan Twiss

Ryan leads land acquisition strategy and oversees all legal functions for GROWTH Homes. His expertise includes real estate transactions, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. Prior to joining GROWTH, he served as General Counsel for Prestige Title and Escrow and led due diligence for major builder and land acquisitions at ASH. He also worked in private equity at RedZone Capital Management, focusing on loan structuring and investment analysis. Ryan holds a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
